This is a in honor of the thousands of missionaries all over the world who are serving in the true Spirit of Christmas. Many of them are far from home and will not be with their families.
Last year these two wonderful young men spent part of their Christmas with us, and we made this video for their families. Their service as missionaries helped influence several people who we were close to in their decision to join the church. We love them, and even though they are both home now, we are grateful that they took two years of their life to service in the Portland Oregon Mission.
In this season of Christlike service and love, remember to open your homes and hearts to those who may be "wandering in a strange land." They just might be bringing gifts of great worth, and those gifts may change your life.
